Our Client in South London requires an experienced Mental health Social worker to join a special project in a South London Borough. I am ideally seeking people with Psychosis experience.?Due to the nature of this post, we can only accept applications from candidates with 2 years post qualifying social work experience within a similar role.? ?
The successful social worker will have experience of? ?
We wish to employ an agency Social Worker to work with a relatively small caseload (approximately 12 people who use services) to co-produce personalised recovery and support plans (which detail personalised support planning, contingency & crisis planning).? There may in some cases be the need for community care assessment of needs using Local Authority SDS paperwork and policy. This includes and Community Care Act assessment (including FACS eligibility) and a Support Self Assessment Questionnaire. ?

You MUST have?
- A social work degree (or equivalent social work qualification)
- Registration as a social worker with the HCPC
- At least 2 years? post-qualifying social work experience in the UK
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- You must also be a car driver
